The apartment was very well stocked and seemed very new . It had a lovely bedroom looking out at the harbour with a good sized built in and a cosy loungeroom with a smart tv . The kitchen was very well supplied with all the essentials There was a lack of light in the entrance hall , you need your torch on your phone to see the code pad

A lovely apartment with a stunning view. while the building itself is a little older the apartment itself is modern and spacious. we enjoyed our stay and Tim was a lovely host.

The views of the bay and the nearness to all Wellington has to offer makes this a perfect location to stay. There is a beach directly across from it and a walking and biking path that connects you to downtown Wellington, Mount Victoria and as far as Miramar where Weta workshop is located just past the airport. We really would not have needed a car for our few days here and could get by for a least a week without one.

This was the perfect AirBnB for our 3-night stay in Wellington. The location was great, with beautiful views over the bay and only a ~10 min walk into town. It was spotless and had everything we could need & more. The communication and instructions from Tim were very helpful. We would highly recommend. Thanks!

Great location, great apartment, great views! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Easy walk to everywhere, and so much to see out the windows - always something interesting happening on Oriental Parade. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Tim and Nathan!

Loved our stay at Tim’s. Perfect location, walkable to the museum, downtown, the waterfront and a grocery store - all with a wonderful neighborhood feel. Superb view of the water from the picture window in the living room. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and organized and the bed and bedding were superior. Having walked around the city we can state with great confidence that this apartment is THE place to stay in Wellington.
